02Do you make the ads, run them, or both? +
Both, and that’s the point. The people making your ads are the people running them, so what we learn from the numbers goes straight into the next round of creative. Prefer to keep media in-house? We can just make the creative.
03Who owns the ad account and the content? +
You do. Your ad account, your data, and every asset we make. No lock-ins, no holding anything hostage.
04How do we know it’s working? +
We report on return on investment, not likes and clicks. What you spent, what it brought in, and whether it’s growing. If you share sales data from your CRM or booking system, we can track an enquiry right through to revenue.
05What if the ads don’t perform? +
We agree performance targets up front. If we don’t achieve those targets within 90 days, we’ll continue managing and optimising your Meta campaigns at no additional management fee until we do.*
